This notice explains how Studio V16 (“we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through this website, studiov16.in, and through the Studio V16 app — the studio management software at app.studiov16.in that we and the businesses using it sign in to.

Who we are

Studio V16, 722, Homeland City, University Road, Piplod, Surat, Gujarat, India. You can reach us at [email protected] or +91 82385 66009.

This website

What we collect

We only collect the information you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address and — if you provide them — your phone number, project type and message. We use it solely to reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, to discuss your project.

How it is processed

Form submissions are delivered to our studio inbox by our form provider, Web3Forms. The website itself is served by Cloudflare. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites. Your browser may cache files to make pages load faster.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our correspondence with you.

The Studio V16 app

The app is used by Studio V16 and by other interior and architecture businesses (“the business”) to run their work: tasks, sites, clients, staff, designs, timesheets and invoices. Only people a business has invited can sign in. For the information a business keeps about its own work, staff and clients, that business decides what is recorded and why; we store and process it on the business’s behalf and only to provide the app.

Signing in with Google

When you choose “Continue with Google”, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us through our sign-in provider, Auth0 (Okta). We use your email only to check that the business has invited you and to open your account. We do not receive your Google password and we do not access your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data. Our use of information received from Google follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

What the app stores

  • Your account: name, email, phone (if added), role and the business you belong to.
  • The work you and your colleagues enter: tasks, notes, sites, client and vendor details, documents, designs, invoices.
  • Timesheet: when you clock in or out or take a break, the time, your device type (phone or computer) and your location at that moment — only when you press the button, never in the background.
  • Photos, videos, voice notes and files you choose to upload.
  • Security records: sign-in times, the device and browser used, and a log of important changes, kept to protect accounts.

Who processes it for us

Microsoft Azure (hosting, database and file storage, in Asia), Cloudflare (network security and delivery), Auth0 / Okta (sign-in), Google (sign-in, only if you use it), and an AI service provider (OpenRouter and the model providers it routes to) for the optional AI assistant and voice features — only the text or audio you send to the assistant. Each is bound to use the data only to provide their service to us. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

For as long as the business uses the app. Deleted items stay in the business’s Trash for 30 days and are then removed for good. Security records are kept for 90 days. When a business stops using the app, its data is deleted on request or after the agreed period, except where we must keep records by law (for example invoices).

How we protect it

Encrypted connections (HTTPS) everywhere, each business’s data kept apart from every other’s, sign-in through Auth0 with no passwords stored by us, role-based access inside each business, and regular backups.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, in line with applicable law including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Email [email protected] and we will respond promptly. If your information is in the app because your employer or another business uses it, you can also ask that business directly. You can remove the app’s access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account → Security → Third-party connections.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date above.
